情报在城市突发事件应急决策中发挥着重要作用,建立情报灵、判断准、反应快的城市突发事件情报支持体系,是城市智能化建设的重要模块,也是智慧城市公共安全与应急管理的必然要求。本研究从顶层设计入手,以应急情报流与业务流为线索,以情报体系有效运行为目标,探究智慧城市应急决策情报体系的构建问题。从人员要素、机构要素、技术要素、资源要素、制度要素与行为要素六个方面,厘清了智慧城市应急决策情报体系的框架内容。从组织体系、保障体系与运行机制三个层面系统探讨了智慧城市快速响应情报体系的协同运作模式。大数据时代,智慧应急的情报工程化与情报平行化是未来发展的方向。图6。参考文献40。  相似文献

Computers are increasingly a part of preschooler’s lives. The purpose of the present paper was to discuss research avenues employing computers as a learning tool and to analyse the results obtained by this method at the preschoolers’ learning level. Specifically this research was to determine if computer assisted instruction (CAI) was a useful tool to enhance cognitive, emotional, linguistic, and literacy skills in preschool children. CAI programmes may never replace the book and the blackboard but one should be aware that they were more accessible by young children, who learn better with pictures and sounds, and the proper use of appropriate programmes could make a considerable difference.  相似文献

Adult non-formal education and training (NFET) in South Africa was adopted in 1990 to address the problem of unemployment of non-educated and unskilled adults. Public and private NFET centres aim to meet the training needs of adults who were deprived of formal education that would foster access to opportunities for employment. The paper reports on a study conducted to investigate what constitutes NFET enabling environments for employment. The paper focuses on the approach of training delivery fostering labour market entry of graduates. The findings show that individual trainees who participated in private centres had a higher probability of being employed because of the creation of internal enabling environments for skills acquisition and focus on income-generating activities. The authors conclude that an integration of technical skills with business skills and ‘learning by earning’ is a potential training delivery approach enabling graduates to participate in economic activities.  相似文献

Multimedia technology offers instructional designers an unprecedented opportunity to create richly interactive learning environments. With greater design freedom comes complexity. The standard answer to the problems of too much choice, disorientation, and complex navigation is thought to lie in the way we design the interactivity in a system. Unfortunately, the theory of interactivity is at an early stage of development. After critiquing the decision cycle model of interaction – the received theory in human computer interaction – I present arguments and observational data to show that humans have several ways of interacting with their environments which resist accommodation in the decision cycle model. These additional ways of interacting include: preparing the environment, maintaining the environment, and reshaping the cognitive congeniality of the environment. Understanding how these actions simplify the computational complexity of our mental processes is the first step in designing the right sort of resources and scaffolding necessary for tractable learner controlled learning environments.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This article discusses how a library's consistent policy of accessibility and foresight positioned itself to serve its students, faculty and staff in the virtual world of Second Life. Always ahead of the technological curve, this library has been the front-runner in providing services to distance learners via text messaging, “chat,” e-mail, and telephone services and via its laptop librarian project across the campus. It now is poised and ready to provide service in Second Life. Collaboration between the library and teaching faculty culminated in the creation, development, and furnishing of a library in Second Life, an environment that gives new meaning to “off-campus” learning. Without marketing, but as a visible presence, the Second Life library was able to attract both off-campus guests and affiliated students and faculty and even participated in campus-wide projects. This experiment has enjoyed the support of both the university and library administration.  相似文献

Summary

This paper discusses the social history of the emergence of conservation as a profession distinct from traditional restoration. It proposes that the development of conservation as a distinct field came about through the evolution of an existing area of practice, in a changing conceptual climate which increasingly acknowledged the necessity for, and the legitimacy of the scientific model. This paper considers the changes in societal values that led conservators to hold their present ethical principles, values and beliefs, focusing on two in particular: the importance of preserving the integrity of the object, and the belief that the best way to do this is through the application of science.  相似文献

当前世代大学生偏好的教育活动是个性化服务,电子媒介交互式学习,任务参与型学习甚至自主的学习;他们具备一定的信息素养能力,但差异巨大。本文指出:随着Internet技术及应用的深入发展,大学生信息素养能力包括三个层次,低层次是信息检索技能,然后是批判性思维能力和与自己专业密切相关的IT能力,更高层次是独立思考、认识论认知能力,最终达到解决实际问题的目的;高校图书馆已经不能独立满足学生多层次信息素养能力的要求及当前世代大学生对教育培训的偏好。本文提出信息素养教育五分策略:培养目标分层,教学内容分级,学科专业分类,培养过程分段,学生管理分流,并建议从网络课堂、图书馆、学院、学校、教育部、第三方平台等多个层面,共同推动我国大学生信息素养教育。图3。表3。参考文献63。  相似文献

“十四五”即将到来,图书馆需要在教育部颁布的《普通高等学校图书馆规程》的基础上,制订单馆的管理和服务流程规范,作为整个管理体制的纲,以《规程》为统领,梳理本馆的管理和服务模式,以利于图书馆治理能力的深化,在真正意义上提升图书馆效能,实现内涵式发展。文章以《重庆大学图书馆规程》为例,论述了整个编制过程和主要思想。  相似文献
